Area Manager - Clintons Cards ( x2)
As an Area Manager you will be responsible for up to 20 branches you'll ensure all shops within your designated area are operating effectively and efficiently within company policy and procedure to achieve sales performance. You'll be responsible for understanding and identifying sales trends in order to plan strategic objectives to maximise sales. Assistant Manager - Sony Center
You must be enthusiastic, passionate about promoting and selling the Sony Brand. Experience in working within retail is vital, have strong sales background and be able to drive sales through initiative and teamwork. You must be able to provide an excellent customer experience through high levels of service and product knowledge.
Principal Accountabilities:-
Management
1. Deputise for the Store Manager when required to manage the store ensuring that all staff are appropriately motivated and trained to meet and exceed all sales targets and that they
carry out their responsibilities to the required company standard.
2. Monitor the performance of all staff, praising good performance and taking corrective action
where necessary to ensure that all sales and standards targets are met in the absence of the
Store Manager.
3. Be the secondary key holder with responsibility for the security of company property, the
store and all its products.
4. Monitor and maintain the housekeeping of the store in accordance with company standards.
5. Ensure all stock is stored appropriately and paperwork completed correctly.
6. Ensure all stock is priced and displayed according to company standards at all times.
7. Effectively manage any customer complaints, with the support of the Store Manager and
Area Manager, to ensure a timely and positive outcome for the customer and company.
8. Represent both Sony Centres and LPL in a professional manner that supports the
development of effective relationships.
9. To undertake ad-hoc projects to develop and improve systems and procedures.

Multi Unit Manager
As a Multi Store Manager your main role will be to maintain a high quality of store operation across two sites, to analyse financial performance, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality. Of key importance to the role will be:
-Leading and motivating the store teams to ensure the financial success of the business
-Communicate, support and implement company policies, processes and procedures
-Recruit, induct, train and develop high performance teams
-Manage rotas and shifts to ensure the store is appropriately staffed and running at optimum levels of efficiency
-Ensuring all Health & Safety and cleanliness levels are maintained in line with Company standards.
-Analyse management information and identify areas for improvement and change.
This is a full time, permanent position, which will involve evening and weekend work.
